  3. Storytelling: How technology leverages social capital in communities to bring education to marginalized youth.- Ana Balboa-Guenthner - Note: NECC 2009 will have a focus on storytelling of the last 30 years of ed tech vision- maybe we can capitalize on that - Camilla Gagliolo
  4. Global Initiatives for Understanding and Learning: Stories of Student Action and Collaboration - Julie Lindsay - Focus on students globally and stories of improved communication and learning opportunities supported by enhanced telecommunications and Web 2.0 tools.
